  There's a problem on some workstations, specifically under Windows2000 not being able to directly execute .LNK files. Below demonstrates a work around.

  You could also have IntraLaunch run a batch file instead and have the batch file run the lnk with "start File.lnk", and set the Display to HIDE to hide the DOS window from popping up.

  Also, try to avoid spaces in the path and file name of your .LNK file.
